how our session will work
Please wear comfortable clothes and prepare your space in advance. Turn off the lights, maybe light up a candle, use incense or essential oils - just find your own way to make it pleasant, and cozy.
During the first minutes, we will have an introductory chat so that I can get to know you better and tune in with your current energy.
Then, the sound therapy session will start - make sure to use earphones, lie down comfortably in a silent space, close your eyes, and use a warm blanket to cover your body.
If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the session, you will receive a full refund. If your cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a credit to attend a future session. If you miss your session without giving any notice, the session will be charged and no refund will be possible.
